Once you have successfully created a group, the manage group function gives you the ability to arrange the positioning of the tabs along the group tab bar, choose whether or not to display the group on the tab bar, choose to publish the group so that it is accessible to others within the organization, or delete the group entirely.

The manage group function can be accessed from certain menu items. To reach the manage group feature select a menu item from the menu bar and then manage group from the sub-menu, if available. The manage group feature is represented by a folder icon, which is found on the far left of your group tabs.

To move the positioning of the group tabs you have created, select the north-south arrows next to the entry you would like to reposition. Once you have the entry in the desired position, save your selection.

To remove a tab from the group menu bar click on the check mark next to the north-south arrows. To add a tab back to the group menu bar click inside the box so that the green check is displayed.

Tabs can also be removed directly from the menu list as well. To do so, place your cursor over the tab you would like to remove and select the x displayed in the upper right hand corner. Note: Removing the tab through either of the two methods just mentioned does not permanently delete the group. To permanently delete a group, select the trash can icon corresponding with the group.
