Depending on how your system was configured, you might not be able to add clients and matters directly to the system.

Instead, TaBS provide request & approval process to manage new client & matter take on.

That process is available from Dashboard menu, under New Business Engagement panel.

From there you can enter new request which then go through approval process defined for your company.

Successfuly approved requests will create new matter and client (if has been requested)
