The Clients screen can be accessed from any screen within TaBS by clicking on the word Clients in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can hover your cursor over the word Clients to reveal a display window containing categories which are labeled Clients, Contacts, and Groups. If you click on any of the category headings, it will take you directly to that area of the Clients menu.

In the Clients category, you will see the add iconnext to the words “add company.” Clicking on this will take you to the add new company screen where the details of the company can be entered into the appropriate fields. For more information about how to add a new company, go to How to add a company. Also in the Clients category you will see any clients that you have designated a favorite. Clients that have been bookmarked as a favorite will be denoted by a yellow starnext to the company name. Clicking on the name of the company from within this field will bring you to the client detail screen.

In the Contacts category you will see the add iconnext to the words “add contact.” Clicking on this will direct you to the new contacts screen in the client menu. To add a new contact, fill in the fields (fields in red are required) and then press the add button to save the information. For more information about how to add a contact, go to How to add a contact. The contact will then be added to your contacts list and will also appear in the Client display window under the option to “add contact” in the Contacts category.

The last category of the Client display window is the Groups column. There you will see the group Clients and the group Contacts, which are dedicated groups that cannot be removed from this column. In addition, you will also see any groups that you created as well. Note: You cannot add a group from this window, you can only access groups that are already present.
